Our story
Shimony – House of Finance specializes in a broad range of financial services, including bookkeeping, payroll, CFO and controller services, financial statements preparation under various GAAP standards, financial administration and more. Alongside these services, our firm possesses years of expertise in traditional accounting activities, including auditing and tax services for companies and individuals.
We have extensive experience with a diverse client base: high-tech companies at all stages (from small startups to large enterprises); international companies operating in Israel; venture capital funds; and traditional industrial, commercial, and service companies. We have thus established ourselves for many years as a leading finance outsource firm in Israel.

Yehuda (Dady) Zamir, CPA
Managing Partner
Dady, a CPA licensed in Israel since 1986, is a graduate of Tel Aviv University with a bachelor’s degree in accounting and economics. He has been closely involved in most of the firm’s significant transactions, including private and public offerings, mergers, and splits. Dady established the payroll department, focusing on executive salaries for large corporations. His extensive experience in individual and corporate taxation, both direct and indirect, along with business consulting, has contributed significantly to the firm’s success. Dady’s expertise also extends to trusts and complex transactions, making him well known in the finance and business industry.
Itay Weinstein, CPA
Managing Partner
Itay, a CPA licensed in Israel since 1998, is a graduate of Tel Aviv University with a bachelor’s degree in accounting and economics. He oversees a large portion of the firm’s clients across all service areas. Itay established the CFO and outsourced accounting services department, supporting dozens of companies in various sectors, focused on the high-tech & biotech industries and international companies with R&D centers in Israel. He has guided many startup sales transactions worth hundreds of millions of dollars and serves as CFO for public companies. He also deals and manages prospectuses, capital raising, and M&A processes.
Nir BenYosef, CPA
Partner
Nir holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the College of Management and has been a licensed CPA in Israel since 2003. He heads the professional department at the firm, advising public companies and others on Israeli and international accounting (IFRS) standards, auditing, and financial reporting and taxation.
Nir’s broad experience and capabilities in business consulting for individuals and companies, serving as an accountant and CFO for client companies, make him a key element and center point of knowledge to our clients.
Ido Toronchik, CPA
Partner
Ido graduated with a bachelor’s degree in accounting and economics from Bar-Ilan University and obtained his CPA license in Israel in 2010. He manages the CFO services and outsourced controlling department, while personally serving as the financial manager for startup and high-tech companies in our firm.
Ido brings vast experience and knowledge in business consulting and financial management for companies, specializing in venture capital, grants and incentives, accounting standards, budget management, cash flow management, and guidance through IPO/merger processes.
Yosef (Yossi) Shimony, CPA
Founding partner
With a degree in accounting from the College of Management and a CPA license in Israel since 1976, Yossi founded Shimony – House of Finance and has developed the various services the firm offers over many years.
Aside from founding and developing the Bookkeeping department in the office, he established close business relationships with international companies in Israel.
