Our story
Shimony – House of Finance specializes in providing outsourced financial services, including bookkeeping, payroll, controller services, CFO services, preparation of financial statements under various GAAP standards, financial administration, and more. In addition, we have extensive expertise in traditional accounting activities such as auditing, tax services for companies and individuals, and business consulting.
Our firm has years of experience working with a diverse client base that includes hundreds of high-tech companies at all stages of growth (from small startups to large enterprises), international companies operating in Israel, venture capital funds, as well as traditional industrial, commercial, and service companies. As a result, Shimony has established itself as a leading finance outsourcing firm in Israel.

Yehuda (Dady) Zamir, CPA
Managing Partner
Dady, a CPA licensed in Israel since 1986, holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting and economics from Tel Aviv University. He has been closely involved in most of the firm’s significant transactions, including private and public offerings, M&A transactions and splits. He founded the payroll department, focusing on executive salaries for large corporations. His extensive experience in individual and corporate taxation, along with business consulting, has contributed significantly to the firm’s success. Dady is also well known for his expertise in trusts and complex transactions.
Itay Weinstein, CPA
Managing Partner
Itay, a CPA licensed in Israel since 1998, holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting and economics from Tel Aviv University. He oversees a large portion of the firm’s clients and established the CFO and controller services department, which serves dozens of companies across various sectors, especially in the high-tech and international arenas. Itay has led numerous startup exit transactions worth hundreds of millions of dollars and personally serves as CFO for public companies. He also has extensive experience in prospectuses, capital raising, and M&A processes.
Nir BenYosef, CPA
Partner
Nir holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the College of Management and has been a licensed CPA in Israel since 2003. He leads the professional department, advising public companies and others on Israeli and international accounting standards (IFRS), auditing, financial reporting, and taxation.
His expertise in business consulting for individuals and companies, and his role as an accountant and CFO, make him a key figure for our clients.
Ido Toronchik, CPA
Partner
Ido graduated with a bachelor’s degree in accounting and economics from Bar-Ilan University and became a CPA in Israel in 2010. He leads the CFO services and outsourced controlling department, while personally managing financial operations for various startup and high-tech companies. Ido brings deep expertise in venture capital, grants and incentives, accounting standards, budget reporting and analysis, cash flow management, and IPO/merger processes.
Yosef (Yossi) Shimony, CPA
Founding partner
Yossi holds a degree in accounting from the College of Management and has been a licensed CPA in Israel since 1976. As the founder of Shimony – House of Finance, he developed the firm’s services over many years.
He also established the firm’s Bookkeeping department and created strong business relationships with international companies operating in Israel.
Aside from founding and developing the Bookkeeping department in the office, he established close business relationships with international companies in Israel.
