Shimony – House of Finance specializes in preparing and editing financial statements for public companies traded in Israel, the USA, and other locations worldwide, as well as for private companies.

Since external auditors are prohibited from editing financial statements of audited and/or reviewed public companies and their subsidiaries, our service decrease the burden on financial personnel (CFOs and/or Controllers).

We specialize in providing financial report editing services for public companies, through a designated department that handles all the financial regulatory issues for reporting of these public companies (including private companies that wish to operate similarly due to being subsidiaries of public companies or as preparation for future M&A for prospectus preparation and others), according to relevant accounting standards IFRS or US GAAP.

The preparation and editing work may also include transitioning from one GAAP to another or from one presentation/reporting currency to another; constructing, compiling, and editing the financial statements entirely in Hebrew and/or English (in any currency chosen by the client); preparing supporting working papers; financial preparation for public offering IPO/SPAC or transactions for entry into a public shell including managing such processes; assistance in prospectus preparation and MD&A reports; reporting through various report platforms according to requirements and deadlines.

This work is done in close collaboration with the external auditor, usually one of the Big 4 firms, where every accounting and/or professional issue is discussed with the audit team and the professional department of the auditor.
